Learn Thai Yoga Massage
Come to the Thai Yoga Massage Club

Where:  The Gathering Place at the Inn & Spa At Cedar Falls
When:    2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month  6:30-8:30pm

• We will practice a 50 minute routine at each meeting by following along with DVD.

• Everyone will give and receive a treatment at each session

• Thai massage utilizes pressing techniques, gentle rocking, and various yoga-like stretches. We will seek to relieve body stiffness, gain flexibility and help improve overall balance in major muscle groups.

• Thai massage is able to stimulate energy lines which help promote and balance energy throughout the body.

• Thai massage interacts directly with the muscular, circulatory and nervous systems to enhance your body's natural healing ability.

• Wear comfortable loose clothing.

• Bring a yoga mat if you have one (the Inn has some mats available.)

All Spa guests are provided with the use of the following during their visit:
• Therapist Consultation
• Mug of Herbal Tea
• Soothing Neck Pillow
• Bottled Water and Snacks

Spa guests receiving Mud Wraps, Salt Glow and Half Day treatments are provided with the use of a Robe and Slippers.

Our spa is small and intimate. Sometimes last minute appointments can be difficult to schedule. We suggest giving us as much advance notice as possible to schedule just the right therapist for you.

Arrival Time

Apparel During Treatment
All of our guest are professionally draped at all times. Please discuss any clothing concerns with your therapist if necessary.

Medical Conditions or Allergies
If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please discuss this with your therapist before treatment has begun. You should also let the staff know when you make your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know 48 hours prior to the appointment time if you need to cancel your spa treatment. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate being charged to your account.
